Fjord Trends 2019
Join us for the SMU Design Council's spring 2019 salon, hosted in collaboration with Accenture, on Wednesday evening, April 10. This overview will cover the global design and innovation consultancy Fjord's design trends for 2019, including a light-hearted take on these latest trends affecting the ever-changing social and digital landscapes from Dallas Comedy House's improv artists. Featuring Kevin Williams, Design Director and Innovation Lead for Accenture; Amanda Austin, Founder and Owner of the Dallas Comedy House; and Jessica Burnham, director of Design and Innovation Programs and the Master of Arts in Design and Innovation at SMU.
6:00pm Check-in and mingling (drinks and appetizers included)

Guest parking will be available for free on campus along Bishop Boulevard, off of Mockingbird Lane (between Highland Park United Methodist Church and Gerald Ford Football Stadium) at the main entrance to campus. Guests may park anywhere along the interior (left side) of Bishop Boulevard, and no parking permit is required. The event is inside Umphrey Lee which located at the northwest corner of Bishop Boulevard. Please view the parking map for specific details.
