I fully understand and agree to follow the trip code of conduct at all times during the University trip to Orlando from Dec 23rd, 2016 to Dec 30th, 2016. I understand and agree that violating the code of conduct may result in immediate departure and return back home (i.e. Mississauga, ON, Canada) on my own expense. A. General Terms 1. Represent Jesus Christ at all times, in every acts, words and thoughts 2. Submit to trip leaders and follow their instructions 3. Drinking (i.e., alcoholic beverages) and smoking are not allowed at any time during the trip 4. All youth are expected to dress appropriately as good Christians 5. Trip members are expected to respect each other at all times 6. Must follow the trip schedule strictly 7. All trip members must be available through WiFi and Whatsapp group at all times. B. During Bus rides: 1. Youth are expected to respect privacy and comfort of each other during the bus rides 2. Youth are expected to keep noise level controlled in respect to others 3. All youth are expected to maintain bus cleanliness 4. During bus stops, youth are expected to board bus back on time and not to cause any delays. C. Hotel: 1. All youth must be on the hotel premises at midnight. At any circumstances, no one is permitted to leave the hotel grounds after midnight. 2. Youth are only allowed to leave the hotel (i.e. before midnight) in groups of minimum 3 people after obtaining permissions from the trip servants 3. Women and men should not be in hotel rooms together. Hanging out together should occur in public places. 4. There is no curfew; however, there is an expectation to arrive on time in the morning for liturgy and/or for the agreed upon bus departure time. 5. Any and all damages made to rooms will be paid for by the person(s) who made the damages. 6. Youth are expected to hangout in public areas of the hotel only, gathering is not allowed in the rooms 7. All youth are expected to dress appropriately as good Christians, sleepwear is not expected outside of bedrooms 8. Using the hotel swimming pool: Only all boys or all girls at a specific time; no mixed genders allowed 9. Swimming Attire:  Men: knee‐length shorts style swimming suits, no speedos  Women: one‐piece swimming suits, no bikinis
