Our expert pitmaster will provide the essentials on how to properly smoke unforgettable brisket and ribs. Learn from our expert step-by-step education on how to trim, prep, rub (or brine) and cook.
Here’s a few topics we’ll cover right off the bat:
- How to make the most use of your smoker
- How to improve the flavor of the brisket and ribs
- Smoking equipment and tools needed
You’ll also learn additional details regarding wood smoke profiles, temperatures, timing, wrapping, slicing, and serving.
Speaking of serving…get ready to eat delicious pre-smoked brisket samples and sandwiches as well as ribs. Be sure to come hungry!
When you register for the class, don’t forget to pre-order an R-C Ranch Wagyu brisket, offered at a special price of $75. You can choose to order a pre-smoked brisket or an uncooked brisket so you can try out your new smoking skills.
