About Our Speaker:
As the Executive Director of Digital and Social Media, Christopher Baccus determines and drives AT&T’s social media strategy in the Corporate Communications organization. As such, he is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of social media for AT&T. This involves the rationalization of diverse types of social media and how they relate to brand reputation, customer engagement, as well as new and emerging social media initiatives that best fit the business goals of AT&T, our customers, and our shareholders.
