Can you believe it’s been five years since Social Media Club Chicago got its start?

We can’t either, 2008 was so many thousands of tweets ago.

We – and you! - have come a long way since we jammed the Pepper Canister to overflow capacity at our first event.

In five years, SMC Chicago’s hosted over 60 events for thousands of Chicagoans who’ve come together to discuss business, technology, and of course social media.

This month we celebrate all of the people [like You!] that have learned from our events, and met people who have propelled them further into their careers.

On October 22, it’s time to show our appreciation to our members and celebrate at SMC Chicago’s fifth anniversary event. Thanks to Answers Media for hosting us in their uber cool space. You’ve got to see this place!
