Diabetes can produce a ton of feelings, sometimes they bottle up from the time we are diagnosed! Let's get together and take out those feelings by breaking a bunch of really fancy, fragile things in the controlled environment of Ragers! Teens and adults with diabetes and their families should RSVP to join us for Smash Diabetes on April 8th.

Explore interactive, fun, and satisfying ways to healthily cope with the magnitude of feelings that come with having diabetes and having a loved one with diabetes! We will have experiential resources and tools for everyone to take home and introduce you to some healthcare professionals to share encouragement. This event is for the family unit.

Diabetes impacts each of us, let's normalize these feelings in an interactive way together!

Register for free to gain resources, connect and feel understood.

Or attendees 13+ may register for $25/person for all of that plus a token to participate in a "rage room" (to take crowbars and baseball bats to a bunch of breakable items while listening to the music of your choice! You must be 13+ and wear closed toe shoes to participate in a rage room. Liability waiver(s) must be read and signed by all guests (all ages) entering the facility. Please complete waivers prior to the event using this link

There are windows into the rage rooms so folks not raging can watch their friends smash things for free.

This program is provided in partnership by Lions 39W and Hodia. We look forward to seeing you there.
