Smartphone Photography for Food Business Owners
Sun, March 26, 2017, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM PDT
Want to get the attention of your customers online?
You need good photos.
It’s not always practical to hire a photographer, so I want to teach you how to take your food photos to the next level.
This workshop is open to everybody, but geared toward food business owners that want to create delicious-looking images for websites and social media. I’ll show you some simple techniques for lighting, composition and editing at Impact Hub Oakland, then we’ll go next door to Calavera so you can practice and get feedback. Please bring your smartphone! The cost of brunch is not included, but feel free to order anything you want to eat, drink and/or photograph.
Through this workshop, you’ll learn:
How to create photos that will get attention
How to create the best lighting
How to take good photos even if you don’t have the best lighting
How to position and arrange food to make it look incredible
How to use editing apps turn a good photo into a great photo
I’ve been a food blogger for over 7 years, taken millions of photos and learned how to make food look amazing. As an Instagram influencer, I know what it takes to get noticed and I want to show you how to improve your food photos and attract the attention of your customers.
Tickets are limited because I want to spend time working with each person, so be sure to sign up ASAP!
