Wear trainers suitable for an indoor sports hall. Bring your baseball glove, water bottle and snacks. Baseball pants are recommended, encouraged but shorts or sweat pants / joggers / leggings are also fine.

When should I arrive for the 8-13 Year (Youth) session?

9:15 am, so we can start at 9:30.

When should I arrive for the 14+ (Mixed Adults) Session?

12:15 pm, so we can start at 12:30 pm

Are there any public transport links?

New Eltham Station is a 20 minute walk. The 162 and 286 bus stops outside the Avery Hill Campus

Is there free parking?

Yes there is free parking at the weekends. You may need to register your car on the parking app Trust to exit.
