Healthy eating doesn't mean sacrificing tasty treats and snacks! In this workshop you will learn how to make healthy snacks that will get you through that afternoon slump, and delicious treats and desserts that are indulgent and satisfying. Recipes will be provided, and we will also discuss how to make snacks that truly fill you up and how to kick cravings to the curb. Learn to make decadent mini cheesecakes, indulgent spinach dip, homemade energy bars, protein crackers, and more! Snacks will be provided, so come on down for a delicious and fun evening of learning!
