Event description
Join us for a workshop on small-scale mushroom cultivation.

About this Event

The College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES) at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), is hosting a workshop on small-scale mushroom cultivation. The workshop is offered by Fungi Ally, a commercial mushroom farm in Massachusetts.

Anyone interested in growing mushrooms commercially, or as a hobby, is welcome. The workshop aims to teach participants to grow mushrooms successfully at a variety of scales - as a stand-alone operation, or in conjunction with other farming.

The workshop is FREE and open to all, and there is no prerequisite. Participants will sign in at the beginning and take a short survey at the conclusion of the workshop.

Please register here or at fungially.com/GROWING-MUSHROOMS/.
