We are offering small group training twice a week for 4 weeks. The classes are 50-minutes in length, focusing on full-body. Why are we different? We have 3 trainers leading together which means more service for you! Each class is structured differently so register per class or to get the most of this service, register for the 8 session package in the drop down feature.
By the end of the 4 weeks, we guarantee you will;
