Event description
Small-group coaching is the ideal intro to coaching for those who don't want to commit right away to longer group or one-on-one programs.

About this Event

Why Life Story Coaching?

  • It’s the perfect intro to coaching.
  • It will give you a toolbox of methods you can apply to any area of your life.
  • A small group offers best value for money.
  • It will give you an idea if you want to work one-on-one with a coach.
  • It is a small financial and time commitment.

Let’s take the first steps toward setting you up for a great 2020!

This online small-group coaching comprises five 60-minute group sessions plus at least one 30-minute one-on-one session for each participant (discounted one-on-one sessions available as add-on).

Meeting dates (times may change dep. on group)

JAN 14, 6–7 pm PDT

JAN 21, 6–7pm PDT

JAN 28, 6–7 pm PDT

FEB 4, 6–7 pm PDT

FEB 11, 6–7 pm PDT

Before we get started as a group, you’ll have a 30-minute one-on-one conversation with me so that we can get to know each other and I can learn a little about where you are currently struggling and where you could need support. Feel free to book this session right away at michagoebig.com/scheduling/

Session 1:

  • You will meet the other members of the small group (5 max.)
  • We will look at the balance between different areas in your life and at what you want and why—and what may have to make room to make this growth possible.
  • We will determine a few focus areas to discuss as they may be relevant to you all.

Session 2:

  • Let’s talk about what conditioned core beliefs you hold and how these may be limiting you.
  • Then we will look into how not changing your old story may benefit you (it always does somehow)—and what your motivations are for wanting to change it.

Session 3:

  • It’s time to take a closer look at your inner critic and negative self-talk.
  • You’ll understand that there is a way to curb the negativity and build new beliefs—by identifying what you really want

Session 4:

  • As we are nearing the end of our group experience, we are diving a little deeper into specific issues you are struggling with, such as impostor syndrome, perfectionism, or self-sabotage.
  • We will also discuss things you can or cannot control or influence to set you up for success.

Session 5:

  • In our last session, we will work on a rewrite of your life story that will support you in living the life you truly want.
  • We will also put together a set of tools and strategies to help you make your new positive beliefs a habit for you to build on as you go forwards.

Homework is optional, but I will suggest something for you to work on and provide you with PDF handouts for every session.

If you want me to send you little reminders as your ‘accountability buddy’ or discuss your progress between our meetings, please book the Coaching Circle with the email/text add-on.

If you want some more one-on-one time with me, please book the Coaching Circle with the one-on-one option. You will receive a discounted rate on this and any further one-on-one sessions you’ll book for the next three months.

If you have any more questions before booking or would like me to add you to the waitlist for the next group in spring 2020, please email me at micha@michagoebig.com.
