Come experience a fun and functional fitness class formatted to be effective for your entire body: RSVP Required
• High Intensity Workout • Group Fitness and individual training • Mix of strength, cardio and conditioning in every workout
• Every workout is different
•Classes are every Mondays- Thursdays and Saturdays ( Morning session at 5:15am and Evening session starting from 6pm. Last class starts at 7:30pm. $10 per class. Monthly pakages are available at discounted rates ,Visit www.bodylab.tv/book for full schedule.
• Classes are small group classes designed to give you the ultimate workout, yet effective in less time . It is energetic, builds camaraderie. What to expect: You and up to 4-6 additional members only.
Classes will keep your heart rate up, your muscles burning and to educate you on correct form. Classes focus on keeping you moving between each exercise, so you will be burning fat while building muscle.
