Small Framed Officer - Defensive Tactics and Survival 5-day/40 hour Course 

This ISR Matrix course was specifically designed for women and small framed officers to strategically approach and engage with stronger and larger aggressively resisting subjects. 

With the smaller framed and physically outweighed officer in mind, the focus of the training is the proper integration of specific strategies and use of force tactics that measurably improve officer performance and team contributions.

Participants will be taught and trained to respond to various degrees of resistance on through to officer survival and the use of lethal force when justified. They will train in defensive tactics when standing and or grounded as well as with less than lethal tools on through to firearm retention and deployment. 

Psychological and physical management strategies and partner and team tactics will be discussed, shown and tested and officer discretion and decision making capabilities will be greatly improved through the unique training methodology and training experience.

The officers close quarter’s skill sets and repertoires as well as their overall protective competence will be refined day by day with the end goal being much greater applicability and dynamic options available to them within the use of force matrix.
