Dan Blumer will share the journey, learnings and challenges as they launched their crowdfunding campaign on November 9th 2015, and 60 days later they became the largest Canadian crowdfunding campaign of all time raising over 2.5 Million USD on Kickstarter.
Dan Blumer completed his Queens MBA in 2013, while simultaneously working as an investment advisor at CIBC Wood Gundy. In early 2014, he left his job to pursue the “startup life” with Revol Technologies in order to bring custom- fit earphones to the masses. In July, his company was one of only 15 accepted into the HAX Hardware Accelerator program where he and his team spent 111 days working in Shenzhen, China, optimizing the technology and the product. In March 2017, 11,000+ pre-ordered units will be delivered into the hands of their earliest supporters from around the world.
