A quick and dirty, yet eminently useful, introduction to using the simplest tools available to diagnose the social media presence and impact of your product, service, company, or brand. The presentation will focus on using some off the shelf tools, such as spreadsheets and webservices, that may help you assess with good degree of precision your presence and impact in social media. We will cover especially Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
This is appropriate for small companies and startups that trade and deal in services and products that are not directly digital or do not have a significant data science or programming staff.
