About 400 Fairview

400 Fairview is Skanska’s second office development in Seattle. The building is the headquarters of Tommy Bahama, Impinj, Car Toy’s/Wireless Advocates, and is also local headquarters to Stantec. Skanska recapitalized 400 Fairview in December 2015, and the building is now operated by majority owner TIAA.

Designed to capture the spirit and energy of an open-air market, the curated 400 Fairview market hall experience features food, drinks and more from Caffe Ladro, Meat & Bread, Juicy Café, Bar Harbor, Verde & Co, and will soon become home to the first Kai Market concept by Uwajimaya. 400 Fairview also just recently welcomed Mbar, a contemporary rooftop bar and restaurant offering unobstructed views of Lake Union.

Skanska USA Commercial Development invests in and develops customer-focused, highly sustainable office and multi-family properties in Boston, Houston, Seattle and Washington, D.C. Since 2009, Skanska has invested approximately $1.5 billion in nearly a dozen projects in its select markets. Skanska self-finances the majority of its projects and serves as the construction manager. The group has developed projects for clients such as Brooks Sports, PwC and Tommy Bahama. Each Skanska USA Commercial Development project aims to achieve a minimum LEED® Gold certification.
