Slow Flow Yoga With Elizabeth Wise

About this event

Join Crim Mindfulness Team Member Elizabeth Wise for a 45 minute live yoga class every Tuesday from 8:30am - 9:15am .

This class will be an intermediate slow flow class (some yoga experience suggested), but all are welcome to join! Class will begin with a seated meditation and move into a series of yoga postures and gentle flows. Join us on your mat to practice some mindful movement and share positive, healthy energy!
