Adult Slow Flow Yoga Class

About this event

Join Crim Mindfulness Team Member Elizabeth Wise for a 50 minute live yoga class every Tuesday from 8:30am-9:20am during the months of October - February

This class will be an intermediate slow flow class (some yoga experience suggested), but all are welcome to join! Class will begin with a seated meditation and move into a series of yoga postures and gentle flows. Join us on your mat to practice some mindful movement and share positive, healthy energy! Please contact Elizabeth at with any questions.

You will get the Zoom link upon registering and in the reminder emails the day before the class. Please make sure you have read and accepted our class guidelines here before the start of the class.

You will be muted upon entering the class. Please leave your device on mute - see you on your mat at 8:30am. You will need to add a passcode, which is 123.
