Sligo Pride Wild Atlantic Wednesday Surf Extravaganza

Sligo Pride and number one Irish surf school Sligo Surf Experience are teaming up to bring you a fun and exciting Wild Atlantic Wednesday event in Strandhill to help boost Sporting Pride in Sligo. Start your day with beach yoga with Your Wellbeing Warrior. After that we will have a lunchtime stroll up Knocknarea with a picnic on the summit. Then we will go meet Seamus Mc Goldrick from Sligo Surf Experience for a bodyboarding session with his expert team of instructors and experience the thrill of catching a wave at Strandhill Beach. Sligo Surf Experience are bodyboarding specialists but surf lessons are also an option. Show your Sporting Pride and come for a fun and enjoyable bodyboarding session with Sligo Surf Experience. Bodyboarding is a safe and fun introduction to surfing: the ancient Hawaiian sport of kings and queens. No experience necessary and all surfing equipment is provided by Sligo Surf Experience. Just bring swimming gear, a towel and a positive attitude.
