Mary Mack is a folk humorist of Comedy Central fame. She travels with a binder full of jokes and stories, and a mandolin at her side. One minute she'll tell you a joke about her family and growing up in Wisconsin, the next she'll sing a song about minnows.
Mary has performed in the Vancouver Comedy Fest, HBO's Andy Kaufman Awards, and the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. She voiced the character Dylan Beekler in the first season of Fox's animated television series Golan the Insatiable. She has also been on Marc Maron's WTF podcast.
Also performing will be comedian (and Mary's husband) Tim Harmston! He has performed on the David Letterman and Last Comic Standing. Harmston won a Rusty Nail award at the Aspen RooftopComedy Festival in 2008. He has appeared on NBC and Comedy Central. In 2011 he released his first album, "The Most Bees Ever," which was acquired by Stand Up! Records, and remastered, repackaged and re-released in 2014.

MORE INFO ABOUT SHOWS.....
Seating is first come/first serve (except group special above) and begins one hour before the performance. Sleepy Creek is a small, intimate venue, so please be courteous by turning off cell phones and keeping conversation low during the performance. Don't worry, there is plenty of time between acts to refill your glass and catch up with your neighbors.
Frequently Asked Questions about Performances at Sleepy Creek
Is the performance inside or outside? All shows take place in our tasting room, which is fairly small yet intimately comfortable. Please refrain from conversation during the performance, and keep noise and activity to a minimum so other listeners can fully enjoy the show and allow our performers to do their best work.
Is there a dance floor? No. We are generally considered a listening room where people remain seated and focused on the performers. If you feel the need to get on your feet, please head to the back of the room so you can enjoy your happy feet whilst keeping other guests' views unobstructed.
Can I bring my own alcohol or food? Only the alcohol purchased here is allowed at Sleepy Creek, but you can bring your own food anytime. Wine can be purchased by the bottle or glass. Beer, wine slushy, sangria, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water are available for purchase throughout the performance. We also sell cheese and crackers, summer sausage and occasionally other treats.
Do I need to make reservations? Many of our shows sell out in advance. We recommend reservations. However, if the show is not sold out, you can purchase seats right before the performance.
What is the refund/cancellation policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, because our shows often sell out, let us know if you are unable to attend and we will try to resell your ticket and refund your money if we have a waiting list. Your ticket is transferrable to someone else for that same show; does not transfer to future performances.
Are children allowed? Although we are in the business of giving people experiences surrounding wine, children under 21 years old who are accompanied by an adult and are well-behaved are allowed. However, some content may not be appropriate for underage humans. Please watch/listen to our performers before the show to determine if he or she is ready for the show.
Can I bring in my own food and drink? Please do not bring your own alcohol to Sleepy Creek for legal and business reasons. We do have a small selection of beer available for purchase and other non-alcoholic drinks if wine isn't your thing. As for food, we welcome you to bring in your own, as well as your own napkins, plates etc. Just be prepared to share with staff (just joking...sort of...).
When should I arrive? Please arrive at least 15 minutes before show time so you can get a drink and get settled. Wine tastings will stop 30 minutes before show time. Note: Seating for fewer than six people is generally first come/first served and begins one hour before the performance. Groups of six or more will have reserved seating but will forfeit reserved seating if arrival is less than 15 minutes before showtime.
When does the tasting room close? Although not announced, last call will be at the of the performance. Serving for consumption onsite will stop during this time. However, feel free to make purchases to take home.
Remember, please drink responsibly!
