About this event
Sleep challenges and feeding challenges are among the most common concerns of families with infants and young children. And yet, the connection between the two is often overlooked.
The Center for Early Relationship Support® is offering three upcoming virtual workshops that will delve into this connection:
- one for parents of babies under 10 months,
- another for babies ages 10 months - 2 years,
- and a third for young children, 2 - 4 years.
Our workshops provide the support and knowledge needed for parents to make informed choices about the way sleep and feeding impact each other and address ways to optimize both so that they can work together to maximize feeding and sleep quality. We provide information and answer questions to help develop an understanding of what works for each individual parent and child. During our sessions, we consider that sleep and feeding situations are highly personal and that environment, culture, temperament, development, history, and beliefs each play a role in a family’s approach to parenting.
