Kick-start your week with a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga class at the Top of the Gherkin with Jamal Kurdi whilst enjoying panoramic views across the capital.
Not normally open to the public this is an exclusive opportunity to experience one of London’s most iconic buildings.
We have TWO sessions:
- 6:30am - 7:15am (for the early risers!)
- 7:30am - 8:15am
Our HIIT Yoga class is a unique blend of yoga, speed and strength - placing emphasis on flowing sequences to ensure fluid movement to unwind the mind and body.

- A well-crafted breakfast by Pip & Nut in The Gherkin Sky Restaurant post-work out
Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
