Description

The SKY Breathing Meditation course is a step-by-step practical technique-oriented approach to experiencing greater clarity of mind, freedom from stress and trauma and better overall health and well-being.

In addition to the powerful Sudarshan Kriya technique, cornerstone of the SKY Breathing Meditation course, there are light physical stretches, interactive processes, and unique conversations that help to gain greater knowledge to handle our mind and emotions on a daily basis.

The take-home practice helps to sustain and expand the benefits of the course by providing practical tools to release stress and deal calmly with even the most challenging situations. Ongoing weekly support sessions are also available.

What are the session times?

There are 3 sessions, spread over 3 days.
The times are as follows:

Thursday & Friday evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Do I have to attend all sessions?

Yes. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
