About the course instructor: Maïté is the founder of The Institute for Mindfulness and Movement. She is committed to guiding individuals from all walks of life into exploring active healthy lifestyles and living more (wake)fully in the present moment.
She found the practices of Pilates and Mindfulness to be life changing experiences, and above all, she enjoys sharing Pilates and Mindfulness through didactic, experiential and kinesthetic experiences to whoever encounters her path.
