Shared spaces should be welcoming to the whole community. This inclusive language workshop will focus on practical skills. Leaders will learn:

• How to speak and think in an inclusive way.
• How to direct behavior change in non-shaming ways for best results.

Soft Skills for Shared Spaces is a workshop series is specifically designed to address needs in makerspaces and shared space communities. Geared towards leaders and instructors is series also covers valuable skills community members in a variety of settings.
