Effective Meetings: Meetings are an important part of virtually everyone’s professional life. Effective use of meeting time moves us toward our various objectives; however, a poor meeting can be a waste of time. Therefore, effective meeting management is essential to enable our dynamic company to progress in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Coaching: Coaching is used to transfer skills to other people. Whether these people are direct reports, peers, franchisees or suppliers, ultimately, you want them to achieve their highest potential. This is important because in a business world of interdependent relationships, you depend not only on your skill and success, but also on the skill and success of others.

Priority Management: Your personal and professional effectiveness can be challenged because of company growth, increased responsibility, change of staff or significant changes at home. Excellent self-management and leadership require you to identify and weigh key priorities and to develop and execute plans to achieve important goals.

Conflict Resolution: The conflict resolution skill enables us to resolve conflict in an effective and timely manner. Appropriate conflict resolution should further the relationships of the individuals involved, increase accountability and help the organization to achieve its business objectives.

Goal Setting and Review: GS&R is a business review and goals setting meeting that is conducted on a regular basis. GS&R is based on the need to achieve sustainable business results through performance and productivity. The GS&R Competency Model defines and measures the steps necessary for effective goal setting meetings which are critical for sustainable goal attainment. By gaining competence in the delivery of each of the defined steps in the GS&R Competency Model, facilitators and participants will improve business performance and develop functional professional relationships.

Problem Solving: This session will teach participants a systematic and creative process that can be used as a management tool to solve problems. This IDROP process includes identifying the Issue, collecting Data, determining the Root Problem, generating Options, and creating a Plan.

Extreme Leadership: This session is based on the book The Radical Leap. Extreme Leadership is a business parable originally launched in 2004 and has been hailed as one of the 100 Best Business Books of All Time. In the last 10 years, the book has inspired business leaders all over the world to bring Love, Energy, Audacity, and Proof to their work and their life. This will help you gauge where to focus your personal Extreme Leadership development. Geared to people at any level who aspire to change things for the better. The Radical Leap is creating legions of Extreme Leaders in business, education, non-profits and beyond.

Leading Situationally: This skill involves three skills: Partnering, Diagnosis and Flexibility. Partnering indicates that leading situationally is not something you do to someone, but something you do with someone. Diagnosis is critical in choosing the right style, and it requires some thought and analysis. Flexibility is important because this is a performance skill and both the leader and the subordinate must be willing to make the changes required to maximize performance.
