Family Day at Six Flags
Lat year, if had were already entered into the NAMB system as a missionary, you were sent Seasons Passes to Six Flags. We hope you have been enjoying those. At the time we mentioned doing a summer event with our Send City Church planting families, and summer is now upon us!
We have scheduled a day in the park together (August 10th) with planting families, and if you did not receive passes already, we will be purchasing a round of one day passes so you can join in. If you are a Season's pass holder, you know you can beat the crowds and arrive early. If you don't, and need passes, someone can meet you at the entrance area when the park opens for general admission at 10:30 to give you tickets. Adults plus children through ages 18 are invited to join the fun. You may want to pre-arrange to enjoy the park with some of your church planing family friends, however we will meet together for a NAMB sponsored luncheon at 12:30 and hope all can be there.
Please let us know soon if you plan to attend for 3 reasons: 1) It will help us better plan in advance for how what kind of space to rent to eat together and 2) Every person with school age children present will receive a gift certificate for $50 per child present to buy them new school shoes. These will be distributed at the luncheon.
