Six Figure Fitness Business Solutions LIVE is the premier flagship event hosted by Break from the Chain, a company dedicated to helping personal trainers and other wellness professionals break way from the chain gyms and get out on their own, building successful businesses. This event covers the foundations to creating and growing a six and multi-six figure fitness business, on your own. Too many trainers have found themselves working long days (and nights), making little money, and leaving the industry after making too little money. This event helps you succeed.

This event is hosted complimentary by Lucas Zarlengo, as a way of giving back to the industry and helping others succeed. Because of this, limited seats are available, and a few VIP seats have been created for those who want some bonuses.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Anyone 18 and older is welcome (16-17 with legal guardian). Sorry, no one under 16 is permitted.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The hotel is located right at the LAX airport with complimentary shuttle access. The hotel also has parking/valet subject to hotel fees.

What is included with the general/complimentary registration?

The complimentary tickets include full general session access, welcome reception with cash bar, all learning materials and open seating. Water and coffee will also be made available.

Are meals included?

No. However, we have selected a location with great choices - on site cafe, restaurant and great room service options 24/7. Everyone will enjoy morning coffee. However, our VIP attendees will be treated to lunches on Friday & Saturday, and drinks at the welcome reception.

Where is there to eat?

There is an onsite cafe, restaurant (Daily Grill) and 24/7 room service.

What do VIP attendees get?

Drinks at the welcome reception, lunches on Friday & Saturday, Late Night with Lucas Friday evening, a bonus workshop Saturday afternoon, expedited registration AND special reserved seating area in the front of the room. Plus, other surprise goodies!

Can I upgrade later to a VIP ticket?

Absolutely! As long as space remains, we'd be happy to upgrade you and can apply the complimentary ticket deposit towards your VIP ticket purchase. Please email us at coaching@breakfromthechain.net

What is the hotel rate?

The hotel rate in June was around $160/night for the Oct 26-29 date range, plus taxes. We have secured a special discount rate off the best available rate, which varies. Upon registration, we will send you hotel room reservation details. The earlier you book the better.

What do I need to bring into the event?

YOURSELF - nothing else is needed. We will provide notebooks, writing utensils, water and lots of fun learning. However, you are more than welcome to bring things that will help you be comfortable - laptop/ipad, jacket/sweater, paper, etc.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What is the event times?

The main event will begin approximately 9am on Friday, October 27, 2017 and end by 3pm on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Additionally, there will be a welcome reception Thursday, 10/26 in the evening after a registration opportunity, and an additional post-event workshop on Saturday late afternoon/early evening on Saturday 10/27 for our VIP attendees and selected invited guests during the event (we'll discuss this Friday evening from stage.) ***We are working on securing a workshop for CE credit for the Sunday 10/28, details TBD.

What is the schedule?

In addition to the above details, the following is our approximate schedule for the event, subject to change.

Thursday 10/26 - 6-7pm Registration / 7-9pm Welcome Reception (drinks included for VIP attendees; cash bar otherwise)

Friday 10/27 - 8-8:45am Registration / 9am-9pm General Session / 9:30-11pm VIP Late Night

Saturday 10/28 - 9am-3pm General Session / 4-7pm VIP & Invited Guests Bonus Workshop / 7:30-9:30pm Invited Guest Dinner

Sunday 10/29 (pending/not included) - 9am-6pm CE Workshop (TBD/separate registration)

What's the refund policy?

The Complimentary ticket is fully refundable will 14 day prior to event notice - after that point, we will also give the entire amount back to you for attending the event. For the VIP tickets, there is a small adminstrative fee - $25 if cancelled 21 days or more prior to event, and $75 if cancelled 14-20 days prior to event. Unfortunately, due to committments to hotel and catering, we are unable to refund after the 14 day mark (with the exception of the complimentry ticket deposit upon attendance.) You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person - just email us at coaching@breakfromthechain.net

Can I transfer my ticket/registration?

YES! We'd be sorry to not have you attend, however, we want to make it easy for you in case something comes up. Just shoot us an email at coaching@breakfromthechain.net with your and the new person's details, and have them email us as well, and we will get the registration transferred.
