Two years ago, the founders of Smoking Goose and the fishermen of Sitka Salmon Shares began to brainstorm a collaboration that would bring together the premium wild Alaskan harvest of the Sitka fishermen with the Goose's passion and talent for smoked and cured meats.
After several years of research and development, the companies are now excited to invite you to Ash & Elm Cider Co. on December 8th for a very special evening that celebrates the launch of our new creations: a wild Alaskan salmon charcuterie line that includes hand-crafted salmon sausages and artisanal salmon patties. The evening will feature tastings of The Sitka-Smoking Goose wild Alaskan salmon charcuterie paired alongside with the traditional craft ciders of Ash & Elm Cider Co.
