Too much sitting, too much stress, etc. can chronically tighten muscles in your back, neck, and shoulders. As you get older, this can lead to back problems and chronic pain. Colleen Powers will teach easy-to-do yoga poses that you can do sitting or standing at your desk, in front of the T.V., or anywhere. Learn how to loosen your knotted muscles and get the blood flowing. Colleen will cover massage techniques for hot spots. Come dressed to stretch and ready to relax, release, and rejuvenate.
