Experience an immersive one-hour sound bath where you are guided into stillness through a diverse soundscape of 432hz singing bowls, gong, handpan, buffalo drum, and Native American flutes. Allow the shifting layers of sound to guide you wherever you need to go — softening the mind, calming the nervous system, and opening space for reflection, presence, and deep inner rest.

Doors open at 6:40 PM. The sound bath begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Bolsters, blankets, and yoga mats are available for free, but it is RECOMMENDED to bring a camp mat / pad or similar for additional comfort if needed (Floors are concrete). Additional bonus items to bring - pillow, water, or journal.
