Sista Strut Indianapolis 2022

iHeartMedia Indianapolis REAL 98.3 WZRL, Indy’s No. 1 Radio Station for Hip-Hop & R&B, will host the inaugural Sista Strut, a 3K breast cancer charity walk that aims to heighten awareness about the issues of breast cancer among women of color and provide information on community resources in Indiana. The first ever Sista Strut Presented by Republic Airways is coming to Indianapolis for its inaugural 3k breast cancer walk. Supporting sponsors include Donato’s Pizza , Chiro One, Le Peep, REI, Tellis, Security Federal Savings Bank, Canal Squad, 100 Black Men of Indianapolis and the IMPD. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local community partner Cancer Support Community (CSC).

Sista Strut will feature entertainment, free screenings, giveaways, a survivors’ lounge area dedicated to Sista Strut attendees who are battling or have survived breast cancer, an exclusive area to meet and find support in the community and more. The Sista Strut event will be hosted by Real 98.3 on-air personality Lina J as it celebrates survivors and honors the memory of loved ones. Music will be provided by DJ Watts.
