Sips & Tips: Chocolate & Wine Pairing

Elizabeth Musgrave believes having a fun time is the key to learning about wine. Join this wine party-class Thursday, February 9, 2017 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, at the historic Indianapolis Propylaeum.
Located at 1410 North Delaware Street, the Propylaeum’s romantic backdrop is the perfect setting for learning how to pair wine with chocolate for your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Take a self-guided tour of the Mansion, built in the 1890’s and listed on the National Register or Historic Places, then taste paired wines and chocolates while mingling with your new-found wine friends.
Quick tips on reading wine labels, pairing wines and a few terms to assist you later will be shared along the journey. Wines will be available for purchase after the event ~ laughter is encouraged throughout the event.
