Sips of the Season Winter Wine Pairing
We have once again partnered with 9 Restaurant and Chef Nick Moss at the North Bellingham Golf Course to bring you a fantastic experience in learning how to pair flavors together. Sips of the Season will showcase four to five wines, selected especially for you by Bellingham winemaker Peter Osvaldik of Dynasty Cellars. Each wine will be artfully paired with appetizers from the restaurant.
Dan Radil (Dan the Wine Guy) is a wine writer and educator. He will present and discuss flavors, vintages, and why each wine has been paired with its accompanying small plate. Dan writes for Bellingham Alive, Wine Press Northwest, and various other publications. Dan's experience and knowledge will leave you with the confidence to pair wines with their most perfect food flavors. Come for the afternoon- experience, learn, relax, and take in that beautiful view at the golf course.
Bellingham Alive will host a live raffle at the event, and guests will receive a swag bag that includes a keepsake wine glass courtesy of Northwest Honda!
