SIPPING IN THE SUN

 Thursday, October 2, 2014 – Monday, October 6, 2014

 1 Night on South Beach

Stay at the Whitelaw Hotel

 Hotel Overview

The Whitelaw Hotel, South Beach's hip, chic boutique hotel, offers guests the ultimate vacation experience at an affordable price. In the heart of South Beach on Collins Avenue and 8th Street, the hotel is located just steps from the beach, shops, restaurants and nighttime hotspots. The Whitelaw combines Art Deco embellishments with whimsical design to transport its guests into a world unique from any other Miami Beach accommodations.

The Whitelaw is flooded by hipsters from around the globe who need not spend thousands in labels and still look damn cool and stylish. After all, what else can you expect from a place with a slogan like "clean sheets, hot water, stiff drinks".

*The Whitelaw hotel runs a shuttle from Miami International Airport every hour. You MUST fly into Miami International Airport to use this service. If you fly into Ft. Lauderdale Airport, you must arrange your own transportation to the hotel.

*Transfers may be purchased from Carnival for transportation to/from Miami International ($16 one way/$32 roundtrip) and Ft. Lauderdale ($30 one way/$60 roundtrip) airports.

*Whitelaw Hotel room occupancy is recommended not to exceed two persons. Roll-a-way beds are not provided. Because of the historic nature of South Beach hotels, most of the rooms are smaller than the average room, therefore not conducive to quad occupancy.

CRUISE TRAVEL

U.S. Citizens

Carnival highly recommends all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel).  Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking cruises that begin & end in the same U.S. port, travelling with a passport enhances your disembarkation experience, as delays may be expected upon your return to the U.S. if you do not have one.  Additionally, passports make it easier for you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port should you miss your scheduled port of embarkation, or need to fly back to the U.S. for emergency reasons.

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) allows U.S. citizens (including children) sailing on cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port to travel with one of the WHTI compliant documents, listed below.  Additionally, baptismal and hospital certificates, copies of U.S. passports and naturalization papers, are not WHTI compliant documents, therefore, are NOT acceptable.

· Valid U.S. Passport

· Passport Card

· Original or suitable quality copy of a Birth Certificate (Issued by a   government agency: state/county/city)

Photo Identification

A non-expired Government-Issued Photo I.D is required of all guests 16 years of age and older. The following are acceptable:

-Driver’s License

-Driver’s Permit

-School/Student I.D (acceptable for guests 16/17/18 years of age)

-Government-Issued identification card (city/state/federal)

v   - All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No name changes.

v   - You are required to accept our Terms & Conditions before payment.

v   - Passports are not required but are suggested.

     - It is your responsibility to ensure your roommate is keeping up with the payment schedule. If one roommate does not complete payment, the trip, for both roommates, is subject to cancellation and all payments will be forfeited.
