A meditative session where you lie down and listen to soothing sounds (gongs, singing bowls, chimes) that guide your mind into relaxation.

Do I need experience?

No—sound baths are suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What should I bring?

Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and something to cover your eyes if you wish. Wear comfortable clothing.

Can I eat or drink before?

Light meals are fine. Avoid alcohol—it dehydrates and can amplify post-session effects, potentially causing headaches. Drink plenty of water beforehand.

Duration?

The event lasts about 2 hours: 1 hour of sound bath, plus time for chatting and sipping tea.

Yes—a pot of your chosen tea and 20% off all teas post-session. You can also try other teas—up to 7 different flavors!
