Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any bookings. However, if Sip n Shade has to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.

We’re unable to offer discounted rates for non-drinkers, as tickets are priced per seat, not per drinks package. That said, non-drinkers are absolutely welcome and can enjoy non-alcoholic drinks so they don’t miss out on the fun!
