Join us for a lively discussion on whether the Austin City Council should switch from at-large seats to single-member districts, and the two different plans on the ballot this November. Leading proponents and opponents of the different plans will be on hand for what is sure to be an engaging and contentious panel on the future makeup of the Austin City Council.
