Event description
IsoPlexis Single Cell Platform Links Functional Proteomics with Cancer Immunotherapy

About this Event

Presenter: Brian Jarecki, PhD and Will Singleterry, PhD

The IsoPlexis® platform offers an analytical solution designed to gain information on the kinetic proteomic profile of secreted proteins from a single cell following in vitro stimulation. This is the first predictive system that can correlate the single-cell immune response with the clinical outcome in key immunotherapeutic areas and can impact our understanding of cancer initiation, evolution, metastasis, and resistance to therapy.

The IsoPlexis® platform is the only predictive system that can correlate the single-cell immune response with the clinical outcome in key therapeutic areas such as CAR-T immunotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors.
