In this hands-on workshop you'll discover how to create new, or streamline existing, Sales workflows, processes, and templates. While specfic processes will vary with each attendee, we'll cover the following at a high level:
- Customer acquisition (Sales)
- Tracking leads
- Streamlining follow up communications
Three days before the workshop you can expect 2 things: 1) I'll email you a Business Process template so you can start thinking about the type of information you need to create a streamlined and effective process. 2) I'll add you to my Facebook group for participants in my Simplified Workflows for Business Success!™ Workshops and Courses.
NOTE: This workshop is strictly for creating a new, or improving your current, process. This isn't to show you how to prospect for leads or increase sales, however I will provide templates that help you with those processes.
