What this workshop will do
This workshop is designed to help start-ups, entrepreneurs, and established small businesses create or improve processes, templates, and workflows for their Customer Support activities.
Our Sales Processes Workshop is a great fit for business owners and customer support team memebers who want to spend less time on Customer Support activiites without sacrificing quality of support.
What this workshop won't do
We won’t cover specific Customer Support platforms and tools. However, we will provide you with the templates and framework to create and improve your customer support processes, workflows, and templates. This will include making sure customers and clients know how to reach you and that your Customer Support Team has the information and tools they need to resolve any issues quickly and easily.

The Business Process Guide
The day before the workshop one of our team members will email you a Business Process template so you can start thinking about the type of information you need to create an effective workflow. The more thought you put into this guide, the more productive the workshop will be. This guide is yours to keep, and can be used when determining other workflows for your business.
