By the end of this workshop you will have completed at least one client onboarding-related process.
In this hands-on workshop you'll discover how to create new, or streamline existing, Client Onboarding workflows, processes, and templates. While specific processes will vary with each attendee, we'll cover the following at a high level:
- Contract/Agreement with NDA
- Pre-start questionnaire
- Email Templates for each stage
Three days before the workshop you can expect 2 things: 1) I'll email you a Business Process template so you can start thinking about the type of information you need to create a streamlined and effective process. 2) I'll add you to my Facebook group for participants in my Simplified Workflows for Business Success!™ Workshops and Courses.
