About the Instructor:

Stephanie Hanson has worked in the supplement industry and studied in the Holistic Health field for over 10 years. Stephanie is a Certified Health Coach and has been working with clients for over a year. Her Journey to help others with their health began after she was able to successfully heal herself inside and out. Through trials and education, she came to understand stress and inflammation were the cause of her troubles and the solution was a balanced lifestyle. Healthy habits are easy to talk about, but hard to maintain. Stephanie’s mission is to share her passion, knowledge, and tools for lifelong health in order to support others in her community to heal.
