Description

Simple Education Advances in Coronary Physiology is the premiere international course in coronary physiology. This is the 5th year this 5* rated course has been run which has quickly become established as the premiere global interventional course in state-of-the-art coronary physiology. The course provides all you need to know to understand coronary physiology from learning the background basics of coronary physiology, to understanding the clinical trial data, and implementation of coronary physiology in the catheter laboratory.

We also provide an online teaching resource, the Simple Education application which will give access to video content from the days' talks, and a raft of other online educational and learning resources which continue your learning experience and connect you with the interventional community after the course finishes. Get a video taster of the course from previous years here.

WHY ATTEND?

Attend this course if you wish to learn about the latest developments in coronary physiology, including iFR (instantaneous wave-free ratio), FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve) and CFR (Coronary Flow Reserve) from the worlds leading physiologists.

COURSE AIMS

Advances in Coronary Physiology course provides all you need to know to understand the basics of coronary physiology and what you need to do to implement coronary physiology into the cardiac catheter laboratory.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This educational activity is intended for an international audience, specifically interventional cardiologists and cardiologists. However, other healthcare professionals involved in the care of coronary artery disease (CAD) patients will also find this topical.

LOCATION

The course is centrally located in West London and which has excellent national and international travel links. Travel time to the venue from Heathrow airport is less than 30 minutes via the Heathrow Express train.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Understanding the background of coronary physiology

  • Understanding of coronary blood flow regulation in unobstructed and obstructed coronary arteries

  • Learn what you need to know to implement iFR and FFR in your laboratory
