Event description

Description

In this engaging hands-on class, students will learn about the basics of making artisan bread. Each student will learn about and begin the process of making a sour dough starter, and they will make, shape, score and bake the bread in our European hearth oven. Breads made will include a Focaccia and a Ciabatta.

Students will take home the bread baked off in class, the ingredients to make a starter at home, the recipe packet and all the tips and tricks needed to make the bread at home.

This hands on class is best suited for adults. Please wear comfortable shoes. Recipes, aprons, towels, and all ingredients necessary will be provided.
