Description

Adults are invited to join Chef Rose Douglass of Voodoo Public House as she demonstrates emulsification with speed and with heat. The techniques can be used for vinaigrettes and roux-based sauces such as béchamel and mornay. This workshop is presented by Indy VegFest and is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
