SIM Houston Outreach Spotlight

You are invited to the SIM Houston Outreach Spotlight, a special chapter event showcasing the non-profits our local SIM chapter and our partners from the vendor community have sponsored for the past several years. The event will feature a meet and greet with several organizations to whom your chapter has donated its time, talents, and money. Over the past four years, we have given over $480,000 to these and other local organizations, who are growing our next generation of information technology leaders. Additionally, we are recognizing the root source of our monetary donations, our corporate sponsors who have partnered with us to generously fund our Outreach Program. 

The work we do with our non-profits serves as a central focus for SIM Houston—it is the driving force for our annual Golf and Clays events and provides opportunities throughout the year for us to mentor, advise, and otherwise impact the lives of those who will follow in our footsteps. This special event is an opportunity to see just how all of this effort and money is being used.

 We will gather on Tuesday, June 14, at 5:30 PM at Pinstripes, 3300 Kirby Drive.  We will have a happy hour with hors d’oeuvres, during which you can reconnect with your SIM peers, meet our Outreach partners, and network with our largest sponsors.  Pinstripes is a new venue to us; it’s an Italian-themed bistro and entertainment complex, and we will have a private room.  Come join us!
