Welcome to Silent Towne, where verbal/audible communication (talking, whispering,singing, etc.) is prohibited! Visitors and participants can use visual communication (writing, gesturing, texting, drawing or sign language).

Visit our small town and such places as "That's A Mouthful Food Boulevard," "Speak Easy Park," "Silent Movies Theater,” "Unspeakable Fun And Games," "Mums The Word Shopping Mall" and so much more. Be on the look out for the "Secretive Services Patrol" who will give a fine to anyone who is heard. Fines can be paid at "Hush Money Bank.” Join us for a day of great family fun for all! Just remember, there is no audible communication.

Silent Towne is a FUNdraiser. Proceeds from the event will be used to provide scholarships for deaf and hard of hearing students to attend Deaf Space Camp at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. This opportunity will be open to all deaf and hard of hearing students within the State of Georgia. Two scholarships will be specifically designated; one for a student attending the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf and another for a student who resides in the City of Clarkston, GA.
