Description
Join Karma Kosha for a sweet, silent disco yoga flow practice on the Punch Bowl Social (Fort Worth) patio, complete with noise-cancelling Silent Disco headphones! This event will be held every two weeks, so grab a friend and start your Sunday off right. :) In case of inclimate weather, we will relocate class indoors.
$15 ticket price includes a 1 hour all-levels yoga class, headphone rental, and a signature cocktail (including non-alcoholic options!)
Class runs from 10-11am, then stick around after yoga to make some new friends and enjoy brunch at Punch Bowl Social (brunch is not included in ticket price).

* % of proceeds will benefit TBD
~ November 10th: Slow Flow with Addison
* % of proceeds will benefit Veterans Services in Honor of Veterans' Day on Nov 11th + $ donations accepted!
~ November 24th: Slow Flow with Addison
* % of proceeds will go to buying food for the homeless for Thanksgiving + canned food and $ donations accepted!
